Sets the copy limit for the file (directory)

Description

This function sets the limit for the number of copies that can be made of the file (directory) specified by dirID in "count."

MFS_ERR_NO Normal termination

MFS_ERR_NOTFOUND Specified directory not found

MFS_ERR_PROTECT Write protected
The file attribute is write protected, or the volume attribute is write protected, or the parent directory is write protected.
