Sets the date of the file (directory)

Description

This function sets the date of the file (directory) specified by dirID to time. Since the date of a file (directory) is set when the file (directory) is created or updated, normally this function should not be used.

MFS_ERR_NO	Normal termination
MFS_ERR_NOTFOUND	Specified directory not found
MFS_ERR_PROTECT	Write protected The file attribute is write protected, or the volume attribute is write protected, or the parent directory is write protected.
